We are able to offer a wide range of microscopic methods. Our experienced staff provides standard light microscopy (wide field, polarization, differential interference contrast, fluorescence) and electron microscopy (scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy), as well as more sophisticated microscopic methods (confocal, super-resolution, laser micro-dissection, multi-photon and element analysis EDX/WDX, STEM, EELS). Sample preparation procedures range from automated histological and immunofluorescence staining for light microscopic analyses to freeze-fracture and high-pressure freezing combined with cryo-SEM in electron microscopy. Because every sample is different, we take particular care to find the best preparation techniques and microscopic methods to visualize the inner secrets of your samples.
