Annual community meeting 2017
We will start on Tuesday in the early afternoon to give everyone the possibility to reach the venue during the morning. The meeting will end on Thursday around 1 pm.
The foundation of the scientific society "German BioImaging, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Mikroskopie und Bildanalyse e.V." is under preparation. During the meeting it is also planned to hold the first General Assembly of the association.

The traditional "GerBI-Bowling Night" will of course also be included this year.
The meeting will take place at the Hotel Fulda Mitte (formerly Hotel Holiday Inn) in Fulda. A detailed journey description for travelling by car and train as well as a map is available on the hotel's web page
Registration, Terms and Conditions
The costs of the meeting will be covered by GerBI. Travel arrangements and expenses are carried by the participants.
The number of participants is limited to 40. Therefore, we recommend to register timely. Registration deadline is 31 March.
For last minute cancellation received after the 31st of March or no-show, 50% of the deriving costs (150 €) will be covered by the late cancelling/ no-show participant. If cancellation is due to sickness then a medical certificate is required. Cancellations must be sent to: Christina Hipper-Meier
